About Me

I recently completed my B.S. with honors in mechatronics engineering at Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria in Lima, Peru. While I was and undergrad student, I used to run a student research group (GISCIA).

I am currently working as a research intern at Siemens Healthineers. Previously, I had a great research experience at Duke University.

I was working under the supervision of Prof. Maciej Mazurowski on fully automatic brain tumor segmentation using convolutional neural networks. Our paper has been accepted to SPIE 2017.
